Nos Vinxit Libertas is a regular Masonic Lodge operating under the Grand East of the Netherlands. It was consecrated in 1887 and has been assigned number 69. The lodge has 55 members and gathers every Tuesday except two months in summer (july/august) and one month in the winter around New Year’s Eve.

Nos Vinxit Libertas is a craft-lodge, also called blue or Saint-John’s lodge operating in the first, second or third degree, depending on the agenda. The first type of meeting we have is the ceremony in the Temple, where the dress code is dress suit, a toxudo or a black suit, complimented with the masonic dresscode. After the ceremony there is festive board. The second type of meetings is a so-called ‘comparition’ during which a Brother delivers a lecture. There is no dress code for this type of meeting. All gatherings start at 8 pm and take place in our lodge building in the center of Amsterdam, Vondelstraat 39. If you are a Brother working under a Grandorder that is recognized by our Grandloge, you are more than welcome to visit us. Please keep in mind the meetings are hold in Dutch, however many of our member do speak English as well as several other languages. Cerememonial meetings however, will be understood very well because of our common understandig of our rite and symbols.
